Recruitment stages
Interview
First, we invite you to an interview. We would like to get to know you better, discuss your experience, plans for development, and interests.
Assignment
At this stage you will receive an assignment which will let us better understand your abilities in practice. If in doubt, you can ask us anything you need!
Offer / Contract
Now we just have to deal with the administrative issues. We offer you conditions tailored to your needs. Two signatures and we can get started!
Onboarding
Each candidate receives feedback on why they were or were not chosen for the position. New employees begin with onboarding. Welcome aboard!
